Effective September 19, 2026
By using wardganize.org (the "service") you agree to these terms. The service is provided free of charge by Bradley Farrer (the "operator") to help ward leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints coordinate their service.
Wardganize is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It complements — and never replaces — the Church's official systems, which remain the system of record for official data.
Wardganize is open-source software released under the Apache License 2.0; anyone may run their own instance under that license. The hosted instance at wardganize.org is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and backed up, but availability is not guaranteed.
Accounts exist by invitation of a ward's bishopric; there is no public registration. You are responsible for the sign-in methods attached to your account — access to your email, your passkeys, and any linked Google account — and for signing out on shared devices. Tell your bishopric promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Use the service only for lawful ward-coordination purposes. Treat the information visible to you with the confidentiality your calling requires. Do not attempt to access records beyond your role, probe or defeat the service's security, or use the service to harass or harm anyone. Leaders who enter information are responsible for its accuracy and appropriate handling.
Each ward's leadership controls the records it enters and may export, correct, or delete them. The operator accesses ward data only as needed to run, secure, and back up the service, or at a ward's request. The privacy practices that apply are described in the Privacy Policy.
The operator may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service's security. A ward's leadership may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of their ward's data by emailing [email protected].
If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Questions: [email protected].
